High-twistweight pickleball paddles
Twistweight is how much a paddle resists twisting on off-centre hits. A high figure for the paddle's shape makes it more forgiving, and it is the spec the sources most agree helps newer players and sore arms (Pickleball.com, Pickleball Effect, Paddletek).
It depends on shape, so a widebody's “high” is not an elongated's: the finder bands each paddle against its own shape using Pickleball.com's tables (Pickleball.com). Only 383 of the 957 paddles have a twistweight their brand publishes.

How we ranked this
This page keeps only paddles whose brand-published twistweight falls in the high or very high band for their shape, then orders them by the finder's “A little” arm-trouble scoring, the answer that weighs twistweight most alongside a widebody shape and a low-to-medium swingweight.
Every figure is the brand's own published spec; “not published” means the brand doesn't give it, and we never fill it in. Swingweight and twistweight bands are judged against the paddle's shape, using Pickleball.com's bands (Pickleball.com). The full scoring is on How we rank.
