Best pickleball paddles for tennis elbow and arm comfort
The paddles that are gentlest on the arm have a high twistweight for their shape, a widebody face and a low-to-medium swingweight, and sit in the middle of the weight range rather than very light or 8.5 oz and over (Pickleball Effect, Pickleball.com, Paddletek, Pickleheads). A 16 mm core and a grip of 4⅛ in or larger help too, because a small grip makes you squeeze harder (Onix, Pickleball Effect).
Gear is only part of it: technique and how much you play matter more, and arm pain needs a doctor or physio (Pickleheads, Pickleball Effect).

Nothing here is medical advice. If your arm hurts, see a doctor or physio.
How we ranked this
The finder hides paddles of 8.5 oz and over and those with a very high swingweight for their shape, then scores widebodies, high twistweight, a low-to-medium swingweight, a weight between 7.3 and 8.5 oz and a 16 mm core. Paddles whose brand doesn't publish swingweight or twistweight are never hidden for it; they simply score lower.
Every figure is the brand's own published spec; “not published” means the brand doesn't give it, and we never fill it in. Swingweight and twistweight bands are judged against the paddle's shape, using Pickleball.com's bands (Pickleball.com). The full scoring is on How we rank.
